Bizcom TV offer a level of support second to none. We provide permanent links to our installed systems via a VPN so that upgrades and channel changes can be carried out remotely from our offices. This reduces the time required for us to visit site and means that changes can usually be actioned same day. A hot line support number is provided and manned 24/7. Three levels of support are provided:
- Standard Support: 9 am until 5 pm telephone, remote and on site support
- Extended Support: 24 by 7 telephone, remote and on site support
- Premium Support: Bespoke to customer requirement.
These levels give customers the flexibility to choose a support contract that is tailored to their needs.
